We will gladly accept a customer return on product/s within seven (7) days of purchase. You may return an online purchase within a reasonable timeframe of receiving it if:

• The Product is misbound or faulty in any way
• The Product you received was different to the one ordered
• The Product arrived damaged

If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange. To return an online order, please contact us via hello@authorsofia.com to receive postage instructions.

A refund will be provided after we process your return item at our facility. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.
We issue the refund to the payment method selected and it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Please note that refunds will be declined for returned items, that show signs of customer use or damage.
